Boon Suan Chew is the founder of Boon Software and has been its Managing Director since 1993. Mr Boon has served as assistant director of National Productivity Board and has over 20 years of industry experience, having held senior roles as financial controller and systems director of multinational organisations in manufacturing and automotive services. Mr Boon graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from University of Singapore and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin. He is also a Certified Public Accountant with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a Chartered Management Accountant.

Sim A Kiang joined Boon Software in 1997. He was appointed as Chief Technology Officer in 2001 and also holds the appointment of General Manager since 2006.

In his present role, Mr Sim provides strategic leadership and direction for the company while establishing the company's technical vision and leading all aspects of the company's technology development. He has more than 10 years of system development and consulting experience in Logistics Application Solution including WMS, TMS and Container, with the past few years focused on internet application development using Web 2.0 and AJAX.

Mr Sim has a Bachelor of Science (Information Technology) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Information Systems) from Curtin University of Technology.

John Lim joined Boon Software in 1993 as Project Manager. He has more than 20 years of experience in heading IT project implementations and has been actively involved in the success of Boon Software’s project operations worldwide. Mr Lim is focused on training advancement and human resource development, directing knowledge management programmes for organisational learning. He is also responsible for the company’s training services transformation, leveraging on technology to enrich clients’ experience. Prior to joining Boon Software, Mr Lim held project management roles in a multinational conglomerate, where he led the implementation of enterprise support systems regionally.

Richard Goh joined Boon Software in 2000 and was appointed to his current position as Manager - Business Development, Sales & Marketing in 2007.

Prior to his present role, as the Manager – Product Development since his appointment in 2005, Mr Goh is responsible for Boon Software’s technical and innovation strategies for new product development, overseeing various technology teams involved in the research of significant projects in logistics management. A systems architect by training, he designed core technologies in the architecture of Boon Software’s flagship solutions.

Mr Goh, in his present role, directs Boon Software’s sales & marketing division where he leads the business development of the company’s enterprise products and services and also leads Boon Software’s marketing channels partners and manages the company’s strategic partnerships with their business partners.

Mr Goh, a member of Mensa Singapore, graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours - Information Systems & Software Engineering) from Oxford Brookes University.

Jeffrey Kua joined Boon Software in 2006 as Manager – Professional Services & Consultancy. Mr Kua heads Boon Software’s professional services division setup to develop and optimize clients’ business environment, allying the company’s technologies and solutions to help businesses develop and manage new workflows. He has over 15 years of industry experience in consultancy and implementation of logistics solutions, and is currently focusing on the development of Boon Software’s new industry-specific offerings. Prior to joining Boon Software, Mr Kua has held key responsibilities in system deployment, project management and business continuity services for enterprise logistics applications. Mr Kua holds a Diploma in Computer Science.
