Transware Distribution Services to make use of Boon Software's OMS-Online and TMS-Online to manage their orders and transport

Transware Distribution Services Pte Ltd (TDS), a joint venture between Keppel T&T Pte Ltd and MISC Berhad, has adopted Symphony Logistics Suite's OMS-Online and TMS-Online for their operations. TDS will use the OMS-Online to handle their billing and payment information and the TMS-Online for deployment and tracking of their loose and containers.

With the usage of Symphony Logistics Suite, this provided a single point of entry in the OMS-Online, with the information being distributed to other systems such as TMS-Online and TDS's own customized ORACLE Financial system.

Symphony WMS-Online Certified For SAP NetWeaver Integration

Boon Software announced today that its highly scalable warehouse management system, WMS-Online, has received certification for integration with SAP NetWaver, achieving "Certified for SAP NetWeaver" status.

WMS-Online now seamlessly integrates with SAP R/3 to provide the highest level of handling warehouse management while elimianting manual, error-prone processes.

Boon Software today announced it has received the following SAP certifications:

• Send ASN Order from SAP R/3 to Symphony WMS
• Post Goods Receipt from Symphony WMS to SAP R/3
• Send SHipment Order from SAP R/3 to Symphony WMS
• Post Goods Issue from Symphony WMS to SAP R/3

Boon Software Visits Veeco Services Inc, U.S.A

Boon Software's GM & CTO, Sim A Kiang makes a trip to Veeco Services ("Veeco") Inc during the first week of December 2006. There Sim met up with Brian Perry, Director of Distribution & Michael Cleary, GM to further logistics ties with our long-running customer.

Veeco is one of Boon Software's earliest customers, and our first in the United States using our WMS solutions. Veeco's expertise lies in warehousing with a state of the art 156,000 sq ft warehouse for freight consolidation and transportation with over 40 trucking vehicles. Their strong ties with freight organisations enables them to effortly dispatch goods throughout the United States.

Boon Software & Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Cooperate In Technical Education And Training

Boon Software and the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) has agreed to extend the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on the 26th August 2003 for a further 3 years. Under the cooperation, Boon Software donates our Symphony WMS-Online enterprise software for warehouse management to enhance the training of the Integrated Logistics Management Course at ITE.

The strategic partnership on logistics collaboration between Boon Software and ITE was entered to enhance ITE’s scope of supply chain software training for its students. Through the use of Boon Software’s advanced warehouse management system, Symphony WMS-Online, ITE students will have a clearer grasp and understanding of how current software technologies can impact the supply chain and e-business arena.

As part of this strategic collaboration, Boon Software has committed a software package with ITE over a 3 year period.
