Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Symphony WMS-Online is a warehouse management system which plays a key part in the supply chain where it primarily controls the movement and storage of materials within a warehouse and manages features such as shipping, receiving, putaway, cross docking, kitting and picking.

WMS-Online is able to meet the warehouse operation requirements for manufacturing, distribution, retail enterprises and third-party logistics providers (3PL) and can also manage time-critical warehousing industries like chemical and automotive logistics through the integration of sophisticated operations like ASRS operation of dangerous goods to Just-In-Sequence Automotive Case deliveries.

Using the Internet as the stage platform, WMS-Online enables organizations including Small Medium Enterprises (SME) to expand regionally and globally while reducing the cost of scalability and total cost of ownership significantly.

WMS-Online is able to interact with Auto ID Data Capture (AIDC) technology, such as barcode scanners, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and handheld terminals to track the flow of materials within the warehouse. The data collected will rhen be uploaded, either through batch stnchronization or real-time wireless transmission, to a central database where relevant reports can be generated to monitor the status of materials in the warehouse.

WMS-Online is very dynamic as it allows users to define suitable field names and add their logos to the system. Furthermore, WMS-Online supports multiple languages, such as English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean, making it more user-oriented.

WMS-Online can be a standalone software, but can also expand and integrate with the other logistics software of the Symphony Logistics Suite such as CMS-Online, OMS-Online and TMS-Online , to improve and streamline supply chain operations. RFID Module – Integrates RFID Gen 2 technology standards for RFID compliance mandates and optimization of warehouse processes.
