Lentor Ambulance specializes in providing Emergency Ambulance Service, First Aid Standby and Medical Coverage. Events covered include corporate events, private functions and major sporting events such as the popular Standard Chartered Marathon held annually in Singapore’s CBD.
In addition, Lentor owns a large fleet of Ambulances, which are deployed all over Singapore for the purpose of transporting patients. With the growing number of customer demand and expansion of fleet size, Lentor’s process has inevitably become more complex and demanding. The challenge now is for the company to relook at its processes and see how it can be re-engineered for the future and digitally transform the end-to-end processes, with the objective of achieving productivity and efficiency.
In facing this challenge, Lentor feels that it is imperative to have a robust, holistic system with rich functionalities to manage business and operational functions in areas of Ambulance Fleet, Resource Planning, Customer Service and Order Management.

As a result, Lentor’s management team will have the ability to produce the necessary analytics for reporting, and automate operational processes for the users to increase the productivity of the company.
