Job Title:
Pre-Sales Consultant
Working closely with Sales and local go-to-market team, you will be at the fore-front of our client engagement process, using your technical expertise in identifying customers pain-points, proposing and delivering our solutions to meet the customers’ needs.
Requirements:
- Location – Bangkok Thailand and Jakarta Indonesia. Only locals need apply.
- Graduate in IT or Computer Science, with specialisation in software solutions or development.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain software solutions such as WMS, TMS, etc.
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales.
- Past experience in project delivery methodology such as waterfall and agile.
- Strong English Skills with Excellent communication and Analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Entrepreneur mind-set, market savvy, hungry, ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Team player who thrives in a small and dynamic environment.
- Can travel to clients premises, locally (50%) and overseas occasionally.
Pre-Sales Consultant is expected to:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Work with technical solutions team to translate customers business requirements into solutions proposals and project plans.
- Respond to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
- Lead and deliver Proof-Of-Concept/Proof-Of-Value to showcase Boon solutions to cater for customers requirements.
- Create effective technical collaterals and documentation.
- Participate in sales and solution enablement for sales and partners.
- Build proposals and negotiations for client solutions.
