Role: Solution Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solution Sales Manager to join our visionary team. In this role, you will drive new business, build trusted customer relationships, and position Symphony WMS, OMS, TMS, and BIS as the preferred choice for enterprise logistics and supply chain transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Consultative Engagement: Understand customer pain points and position Symphony WMS, OMS, TMS, and BIS as value-centric solutions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with marketing to build demand, strengthen pipelines, and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Insight-Driven Selling: Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
- Engage & Present: Deliver tailored solution demonstrations and presentations with support from Presales Consultants.
- Negotiate & Win: Lead commercial discussions, ensuring win-win partnerships and accelerated deal cycles.
- Customer Success Alignment: Work closely with Delivery and Finance teams to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise software or consulting sales, consistently exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and broader supply chain challenges.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation.
- Hunter mindset with the ability to open new accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
